Who presents the shows, who looks after the tech, who just joined? The team list shows your team clearly on its own page of your website, sorted by groups. It is free and runs on PHP-Fusion v7 with PHP 5 to 8.4.
What the team list shows
- Groups: e.g. presenters, tech or guests, each with its own image
- Members: with an image or avatar and their real name
- Tasks and music: who does what in the team and what music they stand for
- From the profile: age, location, email and messengers, if the member has a profile on your website
- Status: who is currently active or inactive
You manage groups and members in the admin area, where you also set the order. Members do not need a user account: you can also add people without a profile.
Where the team list comes from
The team list is based on Gr_Teamlist v2.2 by Ralf Thieme (Gr@n@dE). The original no longer ran on current PHP versions. We reworked it and released it as version 2.3 under the AGPLv3 license.
New in version 2.3:
- Runs on PHP 8.4 and still on PHP 5
- The team list no longer breaks when a member has no profile or the user was deleted
- No more warnings in the admin area
- Deleting a member now only shifts the positions within their own group
- Installation works on current MySQL and MariaDB
Requirements
- A website running PHP-Fusion v7.
- PHP 5 to 8.4.
- MySQL 4.1 or later, or MariaDB.
Which CMS suits your station is explained in our guide CMS for radio stations.

Important: Download the file “gr_teamlist_v2.3.zip”, not “Source code”.
Installation in five steps
- Unzip the file and upload the contents of the
php_filesfolder to the root directory of your website. - Log in as an administrator and open the infusion management under “System Admin”.
- Install Gr_Teamlist.
- Open the Gr_Teamlist admin and create your groups: name, image, position and whether the group is open or closed.
- Add the members: choose a profile or “No profile”, real name, image or avatar, tasks, music, status, group and position.
The “Teamlist” link is added to your navigation automatically during installation.
Upload your own group images to infusions/gr_teamlist/images/group/ and member images to infusions/gr_teamlist/images/team/.
Updating from version 2.2
Already using Gr_Teamlist v2.2? Just upload the new files and overwrite the old ones. The database stays unchanged, and your groups and members are kept.
